We are classically trained, accomplished international performers dedicated to entertaining is a stylish and elegant manner. Our singing waiter performances are crafted and always appreciated by connoisseurs of music - thus our name, Les Maîtres C's - top C's.
We are only aware that you are only as good as your last performance - we feel we topped the bill lately as we performed our acclaimed singing waiter routine in Portofino performing at the exclusive monastery where Wayne and Colleen Rooney were married.
What We Do
We have a wealth of ideas and programmes and we invariably produce bespoke programmes for each performance as each and client has a different requirement. The majority of our work is under the waiter / waitress format but any format is viable - simply let your imagination go!
We have delighted audiences at corporate dinners, award ceremonies, product launches, summer parties, Christmas parties, exclusive functions and weddings.
The Cast
Tarsha Cole began her solo career at the English National Opera on an Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Music. Tarsha furthered her post graduate studies in opera with Graziella Scuitti at the Royal College of Music.
Tarsha has enjoyed a hugely successful international career for over 10 years, performing at most of the major worldwide venues, including the English National Opera, the Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Royal Albert Hall, the Paris Chatelet, Glastonbury and Windsor Castle.
Leading engagements have included the role of Santuzza in Cavalleria Rusticana - the inaugural opening of Ho Chi Minh City Opera House - the Countess in Figaro for the Covent Garden Arts Festival and Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi with Opera Holland Park.
Tarsha works frequently as a freelancer with numerous respected ensembles such as London Voices, recording with such eminent artists as Roberta Alanga, Angela Giorghiu, Rene Fleming and Thomas Hampson.
Tarsha is also involved in recording soundtracks for a large number of major films and televised advertisements such as Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter and James Bond.
On the concert and oratorio platform, her most recent engagements include the Mozart Requiem with Sir David Willcocks CBE MC, performed in the Seychelles. Tarsha has also performed at Windsor Castle for Queen Elizabeth, in addition to previous performance for royalty, including the late Princess Diana. Most recently, Tarsha has undertaken a UK tour with Karl Jenkins.
Ruth Kerr studied music at Cambridge University, where she held choral and instrumental scholarships, and as a postgraduate at the Guildhall School of Music.
Since leaving the Guildhall she has performed the roles of Mimi, Tatyana, Susanna (Nozze di Figaro), Violetta, Madame Butterfly, Manon Lescaut and Aida, working for companies including English National Opera, Scottish Opera, Kentish Opera, the Puccini Festival at Torre del Lago (Italy), Opera en plein air (France), and Nuove Musiche (Belgium).
As an oratorio soloist she has worked with various choral societies throughout the UK, performing in works including Elijah, Bach's Magnificat, Judas Maccabeus, Carmina Burana, Brahms' Requiem and Rossini's Messe Solennelle. She was also the soprano soloist in the London premier of James MacMillan's Parthenogenesis, broadcast live on BBC Radio 3.
Currently she is covering the role of Little Moon in Judith Weir's opera A Night at the Chinese Opera for Scottish Opera and performing the role of the Plaintiff in Trial by Jury for Kentish Opera.
Mark Luther began his musical education as a choral scholar at Llandaff Cathedral. He then studied at the G.S.M.D. and at The National Opera Studio. His many awards and scholorships included, The Ian Fleming Trust, The Leche Trust, John Wates Trust, The W. Towyn Roberts Scholarship, and The Ryan Davies Memorial Scholarship.
Mark has enjoyed a hugely successful international operatic career over the last 20 years performing at most of the major worldwide venues including the English National Opera and the Glyndebourne Festival Opera.
In addition to his operatic and concert performances, Mark has made many TV and radio broadcasts. Mark has also enjoyed a busy career in oratorio, appearing many times at the Queen Elizabeth Hall. Mark has appeared regularly as guest artist with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in their Summer Proms Concerts series; most recently Mark was guest artist for Katherine Jenkins on her British autumn tour.
Mark has sung for many dignitaries during his distinguished career, including HRH's, The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, Princess Anne, George Bush senior, Boris Yeltsin, John Major, as well as many other renowned international politicians. |
